Villa Mare is one of 4 houses located in the protected area marked as a significant landscape (typical landscape of forest covered areas under the Aleppo Pine and typical gravel beaches below the mountain of Biokovo).
Punta rata beach, one of the most beautiful gravel beaches of the world, is located 100 meters from the house as well as Famous Brela Stone – a symbol of Brela.
In July 2004, the American Forbes magazine listed this beach among the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.
In 2014 The Huffington Post website described Brela as dream destination and a perfect reason to get on a plane to Croatia as soon as possible.
According to Belgian website European Best Destinations - Punta rata is one of the most beautiful beaches in 2015.
Podrače Beach (listed in 2015 among the 15 most beautiful and desirable vacation destinations by the site European Best Destinations) is in very close proximity of Punta rata beach.
The ground floor contains very spacious living room, kitchen with dining area and toilet with washing machine. Kitchen is fully equipped, living room has a large 65“ TV and air conditioning.
The living room is connected to the terrace of 48 m2 which has a big dining table. Pine trees and other Mediterranean plant species surround the house and complete the atmosphere with the smells and sounds of nature.
First floor contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom contains TV, air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Plaža Punta rata, jedna od najljepših šljunčanih plaža na svijetu, se nalazi 100 metara od kuće kao i poznati Kamen Brela, službeni simbol Brela.
U srpnju 2004. godine američki časopis Forbes je uvrstio ovu plažu na listu 10 najljepših svjetskih plaža.
2014. godine The Huffington Post je na svojoj web stranici opisao Brela kao destinaciju iz snova i savršen razlog za otputovati u Hrvatsku.
Belgijska stranica European Best Destinations je proglasila plažu Punta rata kao jednu od najljepših plaža 2015. godine.
Plaža Podrače, koja se iste godine našla na istom popisu, se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini plaže Punta rata.
Prizemlje kuće sadrži veoma prostran dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s blagovaonom i wc s perilicom rublja. Dnevni boravak sadrži veliki 65" TV i klima uređaj te je povezan s terasom od 48 m2 na kojoj se nalazi veliki blagovaonski stol. Borova šuma i ostale mediteranske biljke okružuju kuću te upotpunjuju atmosferu mirisima i zvukovima prirode.
Prvi kat sadrži tri spavaće sobe i dvije kupaonice. Svaka soba sadrži veliki bračni krevet, TV, klima uređaj i prekrasni pogled na more. Kuća ima besplatan wifi i parking pokraj kuće.
